Teressa Claire "Tress" MacNeille (born June 20, 1951) is an American voice actress, singer and former disc jockey.
She voiced Cornelia in 101 Dalmatians: The Series and Cruella de Vil in the episodes "Close But No Cigar" and "The Fungus Among Us".
