Tara Lyn (Charendoff) Strong (born February 12, 1973) is a Canadian actress, voice actress, and singer who is perhaps best known for her voice work in animated films and television series.
She voiced Spot, Two-Tone, and Vendella de Vil in 101 Dalmatians: The Series.
