Manny is a mole and a friend and ally to both Oddball and Domino in 102 Dalmatians: Puppies to the Rescue.
Bio[]
Manny wears sunglasses, plays tin cans as bongo drums, and gives an Elvis Presley impression as he speaks in rhyming couplets. His folks called him Jazzmo. He gives hints on exploring the area and warns them about Horace's presence.
Later, he helps Oddball and Domino find their way around Cruella's hedge maze by giving them advice and provides them with an elaborate map of the maze.
