Lucky and the others come across a prehistoric cave pup, frozen thousands of years ago and try to protect him from Cruella and P.H. De Vil.

- The title is a pun on the film franchise Jurassic Park.
- We see where Horace and Jasper possibly live in this episode.
- P.H. de Vil says, "It's alive!" when he sees C.P.'s paw prints, a likely homage to the 1931 film Frankenstein.
- Cruella says, "I'll get you and your little chicken too!" This is a likely homage to the line: "I'll get you and your little dog too!" that the Wicked Witch of the West says in The Wizard of Oz.
- C.P. has two toes on each paw, while the Dalmatians have normal paws as P.H. de Vil notices.
