"Howl Noon" is the first segment of the third episode in the first season of 101 Dalmatians: The Series.


When Lt. Pug's old puphood bully Persian Pete arrives, Cadpig becomes Pug's therapists to help Pug confront him.


Lt. Pug's old bully rival, Persian Pete, comes back to haunt him at exactly noon, and Cadpig is determined to help him face his fear by hypnotizing him into a trance.


  • The episode title is a play on the 1952 western film High Noon.
  • During Lt. Pug's confrontation with Persian Pete, the scene is displayed in a letterbox style (black bars at the top and bottom of the screen), paying homage to western films like the one listed above.
  • In the scenes with the lions in Lt. Pug's dreams, you can hear the roar track of Tanner the lion from the 1934 MGM logo.
