When Lt. Pug's old puphood bully Persian Pete arrives, Cadpig becomes Pug's therapists to help Pug confront him.
Plot[]
Lt. Pug's old bully rival, Persian Pete, comes back to haunt him at exactly noon, and Cadpig is determined to help him face his fear by hypnotizing him into a trance.

- The episode title is a play on the 1952 western film High Noon.
- During Lt. Pug's confrontation with Persian Pete, the scene is displayed in a letterbox style (black bars at the top and bottom of the screen), paying homage to western films like the one listed above.
- In the scenes with the lions in Lt. Pug's dreams, you can hear the roar track of Tanner the lion from the 1934 MGM logo.
