Dr. Winokur is a minor recurring character in 101 Dalmatians: The Series. She is the veterinarian who visits by trailer. She is voiced by April Winchell.
Bio[]
She first appears in "Leisure Lawsuit", seeing to Lucky after his accident with Cruella and the Frisbee. Dr. Winokur assures Lucky that, with some bandages, he will be okay.
She then appears in "Spots and Shots", where she arrives on the Dearly Farm to give the Dalmatians their "Itchyswellinosis" shots. Every one of the Dalmatians except Lucky is happy to see her, for she gives them treats after their shots. Rolly also finds Dr. Winokur very attractive, calling her a "babe." He adores her so much that he almost forgets about getting a treat from her.
She later appears in "Cone Head", giving Lucky some stitches after his accident at Hiccup Hole, and then fits him with a cone. After Lucky and Mooch later injure themselves in their double jump challenge, Dr. Winokur is called in again, giving Lucky another cone, but also hooking Mooch up to a traction frame. The Dearlys then invite her to have gazpacho with them.
Dr. Winokur's appearance is usually scarlet hair with black round frame glasses; however, when she appears in "Spot's Fairy God-Chicken" to give the Dalmatians their rabies shots, she instead has black hair, while her glasses are scarlet in color.
