Chester is a brown rat and a friend and ally to both Oddball and Domino in 102 Dalmatians: Puppies to the Rescue.
Bio[]
Chester spends a lot of his time in the underground and is an excellent swimmer in the sewer waters. He wishes to complete his studies to become a stock broker. He helps Oddball and Domino find their way around the London Underground and warns them of the dangers they would come across.
Later he goes to the Lumber Mill to see that Oddball and Domino made it there safely and to visit his cousin Nigel who lives in a sawdust pile. He also explains how to operate the machinery in the mill.
