Plot[]
While Pongo, Perdita, and the humans are away, Cadpig discovers she has PDS, and Swamp Rat takes over the house for his party. The pups, with Lt. Pug, try to drive him out.

- The episode title is a "Before and after" mashup of the films Animal House and House Party.
- This episode is one of six episodes where Steven is shown to talk instead of his usual grunting sounds, the other five being "Two for the Show", "Invasion of the Doggy Snatchers", "The Life You Save", "Walk on the Wild Side" and "A Christmas Cruella".
- PDS stands for "Petting Deficit Syndrome." Its symptoms are a runny nose, a puffy tail, and aggressive behavior, and it happens to any pet who never gets petted.
